A note from the founder
Why we built BalochDev the way we did.
I started BalochDev because I wanted to prove two things at once: that a team from Balochistan can ship world-class software, and that Balochi language technology does not have to wait for a large institution to fund it. Client work gives us the resources; the mission gives us the reason.
Every partnership we have built — with Balochi Academy, with the Taheer team, with educators and native speakers — is built on the same principle: technology must serve the community, not extract from it. We do not ship a keyboard or an AI model and walk away. We stay in the conversation.

2024
The beginning.
BalochDev is founded with a clear dual mission: deliver world-class web and mobile products for international clients, while advancing Balochi language technology in mainstream software.
2025
Partners & recognition.
We formalise partnerships with Balochi Academy and the Taheer team. Work begins on keyboard input and Microsoft Office integration. The team grows to include designers, content creators, and junior developers.
2025
AI & mobile depth.
Mobile development and AI-assisted delivery become core offerings. We ship React Native and Flutter products, and integrate Claude Code into our build toolchain.
2026
Full-stack AI studio.
Supabase, Cloudflare-first hosting, and AI agents are now standard on every project. Balochi language model research accelerates. The studio ships software 3× faster.

We measure our work by what is in production — not by slides or unstarted boards. Every engagement ends with working software.

Promote Balochi — always.
Digitising Balochi keyboards, browsers, office tools, and AI models is our highest-priority mission. Client work funds it; the mission keeps us honest.

Senior people on every project.
No bench, no junior-on-junior handoffs. The developers in the kickoff are the same developers in the standups three months later.

You own everything from day one.
Code lives in your repository from the first commit. We retain no rights to client work and do not reuse client code across projects.

Community partnership, not extraction.
All Balochi language work is done with educators and native speakers — never over them. Technology must serve the community.
